Three lessons help students look at their current schedules, as well as their long-term goals, and develop strategies to make things happen and avoid sloth. Completing this curriculum will give students a stronger sense of decision-making skills, confidence, and responsibility. The lessons are 45 minutes long and are meant for an entire class, utilizing small-group time as well. Each of the three lessons includes a detailed lesson plan, lists of materials needed, and questions to help guide a constructive conversation.
