The lesson “Business Field Trip” helps to develop motivation and knowledge in children to enable them to be economically self-supporting in the future. The children will generate and discuss questions to ask a successful local business owner and then have the opportunity to visit the business and interact with the owner. The lesson includes guided instructions for the teacher, including preparation, a script, and suggested activities to facilitate further learning in a fun and interactive manner. This lesson is designed for children between 6-8 years, and is the 34th lesson in the 2nd Year “Business – Micro-Enterprise” unit.

This document is part of: Core Curriculum - Cognitive - 6 to 8 - Year 2
