This handout called “Puzzling Number” is an activity to be used with the Supplemental Curriculum Unit 8- I Can Learn: Early Mathematical Foundations. This focuses on “Number, Operations, and Everyday Problem Solving”, and this handout is a tool teachers can utilize to make the learning centers an extension of the learning experiences. This learning center methodology provides age appropriate holistic child development opportunities for caregivers and children to be actively involved in learning together.
