Compassion Philippines created the Beneficiary Selection Toolkit that will help our church partners ensure integrity and objectivity in their beneficiary selection process. This toolkit also aims to help our church partners identify children who suffer under the highest levels of poverty and need, and are the best fit for the program according to other selection criteria.
