This curriculum aims to equip adolescent students with life skills that may lead to income generation. At the end of this lessons, students will be able to create a sanitary environment for food preparation, follow a recipe to make an icing suitable for cake decorating, use various techniques to decorate a cake, have ideas on different cake decorating designs, safely transport a cake and market their cakes. The document also includes sample pictures for students to use as guides in their cake decorating.
