"Menstrual Hygiene Management" is the eleventh edition of Terry Talks, a curriculum of ongoing video presentations and supporting materials led by Terry Laura (Health Technical Advisor at Compassion International). The resources are aimed at equipping and encouraging health and child advocates to learn, build on and put into practice their expertise in health, especially as it relates to children in poverty.

In this edition of Terry Talks, we learn about some of the challenges girls face with menstrual hygiene management and, specifically, how these challenges affect their schooling. We also learn how education and dialogue can help end the stigma around this sensitive topic.

Explore this infographic to learn how menstrual hygiene management promotes education, sanitation and empowerment!
