“Stewardship of the Body and Healthy Practices” is a study guide that explores the connection between our physical bodies and spiritual lives. Our bodies are a gift from God, and we honor this gift by how we take care of our bodies. This study provides guidance for being good stewards in the way we eat, sleep, exercise, rest and experience loving touch with appropriate boundaries. Each section includes questions, activities and scriptural references for personal reflection and application.
