This take-home book template is designed to help children ages 12+ to tell their “moving to a new home” story and to express their feelings and emotions related to aspects of their situation. This booklet is written for children is designed to be easily contextualized, and even has place-holders that contain suggestions for photographs, sketches or even clip art that would enhance the content. Each booklet ends with a series of questions or activities to help the children process the content.
