If you or someone you know is at risk of being victimized by violence in the home, use this guide to create a safety plan. There are spaces for writing down important information, including people you can call for help, how to leave safely and what items to consider taking if you have to leave quickly. It is important to plan ahead and think about ways to keep yourself and those you care about safe.
