The lesson “Transition to CDSP” enables the mother/caregiver to list and celebrate the achievements of the program for her and her child. She will also be able to identify relationships and support to continue a healthy lifestyle with her child, understand the next steps for her child’s participation in the center-based program, and identify ways she can serve others using her knowledge and experience in the program.
